Dairy

Ontarians love their milk – more than 80 litres per person per year, according to the Ontario Dairy Council. But, the dairy industry isn't just about milk. In fact, Ontario's dairy industry includes about 90 companies producing milk as well as cream, butter, cheese, ice cream and yogourt. Products are sent from Ontario's dairies across Ontario, Canada and even internationally. The industry is innovative, working with packaging firms to develop more creative packaging, developing new products and making processing improvements to ensure businesses have a strong future.
