Jeff, Service Operator

The best part of Jeff's job? Learning on the job --- whether he's immersed in technology or food chemistry or chemical aptitude, it can be a pretty exciting work day. He project manages the 'cooked area' of the plant, coordinating with the shipping department, maintaining work around the room, working closely with lead hands and machine operators and assisting them with set-up. To help him train and troubleshoot, he also needs to know the machinery better than anyone else!
