Julie, Afternoon Supervisor

Julie runs production. On an average day, she starts in the process area, moving product from a raw state to a cooked state and then it is shipped out to grocery stores. What motivates Julie? Knowing the product that leaves the plant is a good quality one; plus if she gets the product out the door on time, she's done her job.
